This dashboard highlights trends in potential win-back behavior via a variety of metrics over the last 24 months. These trends clearly show the impact of the 31 March 2020 ban on losing retailers contacting customers who switch away for a period of 180 days.

Market share, particularly within market segments have moved significantly in early 2020 raising questions about what is happening. There are several reasons for the observed changes. Firstly Meridian has migrated many ICPs they had previously recorded as residential into commercial and industrial market segments. In addition to this, market share is impacted by both switching and the establishment of new ICPs, with Meridian gaining substantially through both these avenues.
