This folder contains all of the input and output data from the DOASA simulations which were used to estimate
the water values presented in:
    https://www.ea.govt.nz/assets/dms-assets/29/Market-Monitoring-Review-of-Structure-Conduct-and-Performance-in-the-Wholesale-Electricity-Market-Information-Paper.pdf. 

The input data files are in an Archive subfolder and are called from the file named problem.csv, which also
specifies some other model configuration settings.
 
The Simulation subfolder of each Simulation year case contains the following output collections:
  - All the modelled output data
  - Recommended generation
  - Storage outcomes (forecast)
  - Thermal generation requirements
  - Price outcomes

The water values are in the WaterValues subfolders (and treat all reservoirs as a single reservoir where all
individual reservoirs are equally full).
