First create a SQL database 'TPM2' and assign the appropriate permissions. 
The Authority uses MySQL, but it is possible that you may be able to duplicate the results using a different form of SQL.

Then load the modelling scenario into the TPM2 database.
There are two versions of this code:
 - 'node_results.zip' contains a large script that loads the scenario _and_ all the counterfactuals used in the SPD charging method. 
   Use this only if you have ample storage space and you plan to scrutinise the inputs of the SPD charging method.
 - 'node_results_slim.zip' contains a relatively small script that loads the scenario only. 
   Use this if you have limited storage space and you do not plan to scrutinise the inputs of the SPD charging method.
