The scripts in this directory calculate all charges on participants and produce key output tables.

Run the scripts in the other directories first, then run the two SQL scripts in this directory.
Copy the results of the queries in each SQL script into the 'SQL dumps' workbook of the corresponding 'Results' spreadsheet, as directed.
