The files in this directory contain half-hourly reserve offer data obtained from the Reconciliation Manager. 
They have been provided in raw .csv format in this version of the dataset.

WARNING - The order of the fields in both the retail and generation reserves files changed April 2010. Header lines have been inserted into each file.
The field headers are believed to be correct, but care needs to be taken if appending files before/after April 2010.
