  standard GXP labels (e.g. mapping 'GEN_Hydro_ Waipapa_Price' to 'WPA2201').

- A table has been added to map the standard GXP identifiers to transmission region (e.g. GXPs 
  beginning with ANI are located in the Bay of Plenty region).
