Binding constraint data is available on the DVD version of the Dataset up to December 2011 in the Gnash BigBag format.

The process of developing operational constraints was transitioned to the new SFT system by the System Operator 
on 28 March 2011. The naming stucture of the constraints was changed at the time. While constraint data
has been provided in the Gnash format in the dataset to the end of 2011, constraint data is no longer being imported 
into Gnash by the Authority. Raw binding contraints data after 2011 is available on request. Email info@ea.govt.nz
