Wholesale datasets
Cleared energy and reserve offers are extracted from final pricing SPD case files and published here daily.
The megawatts cleared by SPD for energy, FIR (fast instantaneous or 6-second reserves) and SIR (sustained instantaneous or 60-second reserves) are published by participant code, offer type, point of connection and unit. The absence of a unit implies the reserves are interruptible load. There are five offer types: energy offer (ENOF), dispatchable load (ENDL), interruptible load reserve offer (ILRO), partially-loaded spinning reserve offer (PLRO), and tail-water depressed reserve offer (TWRO).
The P, I, and F suffix in the file name denotes whether the SPD case file is associated with provisional, interim, or final prices, respectively. Once final prices are published and the F suffix is appended to the file name, all other files of cleared offers for that day will be removed.
