In the "Generation output by plant" wholesale datasets, the file 201807_Generation_MD.csv appears to be corrupted, and is not a .csv file.
Could this be corrected please?

Thanks Phil, the CSV file you sent me has resolved my issue. Strange it did not occur with the other 11 2008 files I downloaded, but I presume the issue is at my end.

Yeah, we're unable to replicate your experience. The file is without a doubt just a plain old CSV file. Ourselves and others are able to download it without it manifesting itself as an XLS file. Without some further information about your environment, I'm not sure there is anything we can do to assist.

Hi Phil,
Thanks. I'm attaching the error notice I'm getting, and I'll email a copy of the file which downloads as and Excel file rather than a CSV file as per all the other 2018 files in the series.

Hi David
The file you reference seems perfectly fine from where I sit. I've downloaded it and opened it with Excel without any issue. I've also examined it with a text editor and it looks just like any other CSV file. Can you please attach the corrupted file to this post or send it to the emi email address.
